These terms and conditions govern the Furano-Biei Survey Competition Promotion (Promotion). By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, ‘Gao Group’, ‘Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means the Promoter: Gao Group International Pty Ltd, 36-38 Gipps Street, Collingwood VIC 3066. 1. Promotion Period: This Promotion will take place from 12:00 AEST on Friday 11^th October 2019 to 23:59 AEST on Friday 22^nd November 2019 inclusive.
2. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. How to participate: To participate in the Promotion, a customer must, during the Promotion Period, complete the online survey by using the iPads available to them during the live activity (Friday 18^th October and Saturday 19^th October) or using their own personal device during within the Promotion Period. This Promotion is open to Australian Citizens 18 years and above.
4. The total prize value is $3,000AUD.
5. Offer redemption: The offer is not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The offer is limited to 1 entry per person.
6. Variation/cancellation: Subject to state legislative requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions or cancel or suspend this promotion at its sole discretion at any time throughout this Promotion. All Furano-Biei Survey Competition Promotion offers are subject to availability.
7. Liability and release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting or using an offer or participating in this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for defective items, lost or stolen items or misuse of any offer or goods. All participants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any offer(s) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
8. Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify The Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
9. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram and/or Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Facebook. Instagram and/or Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. The prize does not include: all taxes such as departure taxes, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, travel insurance, or any costs associated with redeeming the prize such as travel to and from the airport, meals, accommodation or spending money.
13. Participants must be over 18 years-old to compete.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
